- Examine charting styles
- Review communication tools:SBAR, IDRAW, Handover reports
- Identify the Dos and Don'ts of Documentation
- Discuss Abbreviation in practice
- Review incident reports, and sharing of information (law enforcement, family, client, healthcare providers)Â
