If a student wishes to cancel a course (BLS, First aid in all levels, MHFA, ACLS, PALS in-person and Blended and PEARS) after payment is processed and course is confirmed, the request must be in writing to info@beatsandbreathsacademy.com not later than 14 days prior to the scheduled date. Any cancellation within 14 days is not eligible for refund. TNCC course requires very strict cancellation policy set by ENA and any student wished to cancel TNCC course must request in writing 30 days in advance of scheduled date to be eligible for refund minus the student manual fee ($130). The BLS certification issued from Heart and Stroke is valid for 1 year. When you download your certification, it would show the Month and Year not the date on your certification. You have until the end of the month to renew your certification.

Participants must be an RN and possess a current unrestricted nursing license to receive verification. LPNs and paramedics are eligible to attend all portions of the course except for the written and psychomotor evaluations. For this reason, they do not receive certification but are awarded contact hours.
